These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Leisure Stop Tour and Travels (“Leisure Stop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
1. Booking and Payment:
- Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Leisure Stop.
- Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed upon by Leisure Stop. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified by Leisure Stop.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to Leisure Stop’s cancellation policy. Partial or full refunds may be provided based on the cancellation timing and terms outlined in the specific tour package.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative fees or charges.
3. Travel Documentation:
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, permits, and health certificates required for entry into the destination(s) included in the tour package.
- Leisure Stop shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the traveler’s failure to obtain or comply with necessary travel documentation requirements.
4. Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other travel-related risks.
5. Health and Safety:
- Participants must be in good health and physical condition suitable for the activities included in the tour package. Leisure Stop reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who, in our judgment, is physically or mentally unfit to participate in the tour activities.
- Travelers are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and regulations of the destinations visited. Leisure Stop shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the traveler’s failure to comply with such laws and regulations.
6. Itinerary Changes:
- Leisure Stop reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, including changes to accommodations, transportation, and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other events beyond our control.
7. Liability:
- While we endeavor to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our customers, Leisure Stop shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay incurred by travelers during the course of the tour, except where such loss, injury, damage, or delay is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Leisure Stop shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by travelers due to delays, cancellations, or changes to the tour itinerary beyond our control.
8. Personal Belongings:
- Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings throughout the duration of the tour. Leisure Stop shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
9. Complaints and Disputes:
- Any complaints or disputes regarding our services should be promptly reported to Leisure Stop’s tour guide or representative during the tour, allowing us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of India, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of any such action or proceeding.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be subject to change without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates or amendments.
